silicone is a wonderful material
don't you think

you can stuff it anywhere you like
and yeah, it is rather soft and squishy
but who cares
you only need a firm butt
washboard abs
- and a killer chest, of course
to succeed
in this meritocratic world

it's all rather convenient,
just draw some circles on your body
take some fat off here
add a little silicone just there
oh, and while you're at it
get a nicer nose
and chin
and lips
don't forget the double eyelids, too

and of course, it's not painful at all
you just have a little blood squirting out here
not really a lot, just copious amounts
oh, that and how your skin'll get torn apart
grafted here and there
it's rather as if
the body is a sort of natural ore

and remember, you only feel like shit once
after all, what's a little pain in the name of beauty, right?
